Job Description :

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and promoting our recruitment services. You will be the face of our company, representing us in a professional and positive manner to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing personalized solutions
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and match qualified candidates to client job openings

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions

Qualifications :
