Key Responsibilities

1. Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
2. Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following a defined sales process.
3. Identify prospects, set appointments, and make qualifying sales calls.
4. Manage the sales cycle to close new business across products and services.
5. Maintain information in Salesforce, manage pre-qualification, and track bids.
6. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure service and identify new opportunities.
7. Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and documentation.
8. Coordinate with other sales reps, perform market research, and monitor competitors.
9. Meet with clients, present proposals, and respond to inquiries.
10. Stay updated on industry sales efforts and programs.
11. Handle customer inquiries via phone and walk-in.

Qualifications

1. Post-secondary Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or Sales & Marketing (asset).
2. Experience in the construction industry (asset).
3. Excellent communication and time management skills.
4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
