As an Outside Sales Rep (Mobile Storage Solutions), you will be the voice and initial point of contact for our industry-leading company. You'll use your sales and consultative skills to understand customer needs and turn prospects into loyal clients. We seek ambitious, outgoing individuals passionate about calling on customers, building relationships, and selling equipment and services.

What You'll Do
  1. Maximize revenue from facilities and construction sites within a defined geographical territory.
  2. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and their subsidiaries, acting as a single point of contact.
  3. Prospect and qualify new accounts from existing, dormant, or non-customer accounts, including competitors.
  4. Collaborate with specialty division representatives to promote cross-selling opportunities.
  5. Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
  6. Develop and present company products and services to current and potential clients.
  7. Utilize CRM tools like Sales Force.com to develop a pipeline of opportunities.
  8. Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product developments.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Three years of sales experience.
  3. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  4. Strong planning, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
  5. Knowledge of construction or related equipment preferred.
  6. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

This role offers a base salary plus monthly commissions based on performance. A minimum monthly guarantee incentive is provided during onboarding. This position is deemed Safety Sensitive under United Rentals' policies.
