Job summary

Groundworks in North America seeks an Outside Sales Representative to independently build a book of business by meeting homeowners in their homes, conducting inspections, and proposing customized foundation repair and water management solutions. You’ll leverage our training and brand to drive results in a field-based role with uncapped commissions.

The role offers full-time employment with company-generated leads, ongoing training, and clear advancement paths within a market-leading organization.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission-based or B2C in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to build and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and present solution options.
• Estimate repairs and present homeowners with job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales pipeline.
• Report to the home branch for Sales team initiatives and meetings.

In this consultative, in-home sales role, you will meet directly with homeowners to assess their needs, perform detailed inspections, and design customized foundation repair and water management solutions using our proven systems and services.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required

• Experience in a commission, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus

• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus
