Job summary

Groundworks Canada Corporation, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in in-home consultations for foundation repair and water management solutions.

You will meet homeowners, perform inspections, design tailored proposals, and close sales with professional support and company ownership equity. The role offers full-time, W-2 employment with an opportunity to build a large book of business, competitive commissions, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel remotely within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
• Report to home branch for Sales team initiatives and meetings.

As an Outside Sales Representative at Groundworks, you are a key driver of our success and the face of our industry-leading brand. In this consultative, in-home sales role, you will meet directly with homeowners to assess their needs, perform detailed inspections, and design customized foundation repair and water management solutions using our proven systems and services. This opportunity is built for ambitious, customer-focused professionals who are driven to perform at a high level. You’ll have the autonomy to build your own book of business backed by the resources, reputation and operational support of a global market leader.
