Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leading foundation repair and water management specialist, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Canada. In this consultative, in-home sales role, you will meet with homeowners to assess needs, design customized solutions, and close sales with strong earning potential.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, ownership equity, and advancement opportunities as part of a Top Workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission-based, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business using warm pre-qualified leads.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and educate on available solutions.
• Generate and present repair proposals and close sales in the home.
• Maintain relationships and track sales lead pipeline.
• Report to the home branch for sales initiatives and meetings.

What You’ll Do
