SPS West is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for metal fabrication, welding and pipe projects in Calgary and Western Canada. You will drive new business, engage decision-makers, and partner with engineering and fabrication teams to tailor practical solutions.

This is a field-driven role emphasizing prospecting, relationship-building, and quota attainment, with a base salary of $70,000–$80,000 plus commission and an on-target earnings range of $100,000–$130,000+.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of B2B industrial or technical sales experience (fabrication, welding, or piping background is a major plus).
• Read and interpret drawings and specs; eager to learn quickly.
• Strategic listener and problem solver with curiosity and follow-through.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and motivated by measurable results.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
