Job summary

Cintas is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Barrie area. You will prospect and qualify leads, close new business, and achieve weekly sales goals using our CRM and field training.

The role offers a competitive base plus commissions, a car allowance, and ongoing training with opportunities for advancement in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and qualify leads within your territory.
• Use CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Build relationships with customers and provide B2B solutions in a sales role.
• Communicate effectively to drive customer satisfaction and results.
