Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts within the assigned territory (GTA East).
  • Oversee daily sales activities within the territory, focusing on expanding share of wallet within existing accounts and generating new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to prioritize tasks and capitalize on emerging business opportunities.
  • Leverage consumer research and industry trends to identify growth opportunities, enhance customer loyalty, and increase spending.
  • Utilize CRM systems and analytics to identify and analyze sales opportunities, develop strategies, and track performance metrics.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty, address their specific needs, and drive repeat business.
  • Set, solicit, and conduct on-site appointments with key accounts to expand sales opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and activity KPIs.

Competencies and Skills

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience managing a sales territory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
