GEF Seniors Housing is seeking an Outreach Support Worker to provide a range of supports to residents and tenants in Edmonton, reporting to the Community Support Manager. The role involves identifying service needs, coordinating resources, and building connections with agencies to enhance quality of life.
Working days are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with mileage paid for travel between GEF sites. A diploma or degree in Human Services or related field is preferred, with 2–4 years' asset

Details: Full Time, Days, 37.50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM
Pay Scale:Commensurate with education and experience
Locations: Central Services, 14220 - 109 Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB T5N 4B3, and various locations throughout Edmonton (travel between other GEF sites may be required, mileage paid)
Typical Duties: The Outreach Support Worker (OSW) will report to the Community Support Manager and be responsible for providing a range of supports to residents and tenants living in the GEF communities, who are experiencing a range of challenges, concerns and transitions.The OSW works closely with seniors to identify their service needs, build capacity and connect them with relevant agencies and resources.
