A leading casino and entertainment company is seeking an experienced Outlet Server at Casino Rama Resort in Ontario. This part-time position involves providing exceptional dining experiences, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1 year direct customer service experience in a fast paced environment, preferred.
• Must have or be able to acquire Smart Serve certification.
• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods (8 hours).

Responsibilities

• Set tables and maintain proper table maintenance.
• Take menu orders and serve food and beverage to guests.
• Provide superior customer service; respond to inquiries timely and professionally.
• Comply with Liquor License Act and Casino Rama Policies.
• Maintain professionalism and grooming standards.
