Job summary

Andrew Peller Limited (APL) is seeking Farm Labourers for full-time work starting January 2026. Work will be outside in vineyards ranging from Lake Country, BC to the Similkameen, with an hourly wage of $17.85.

Duties include pulling out old vines, removing trellis and irrigation lines, setting up new infrastructure, and joining others pruning, tying, tucking, shoot thinning, leaf removal, bunch thinning and harvesting; occasional weeding, suckering and tractor work may be required.

Qualifications

• No previous experience or education required.

Responsibilities

• Duties will include pulling out old vines, removing trellis and irrigation lines
• Setting up new infrastructure
• Join other workers pruning, tying, tucking, shoot thinning, leaf removal, bunch thinning and harvesting
• Some additional minor duties could include weeding, suckering and possibly some irrigation and tractor work.
