Andrew Peller Limited is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Vineyard Operations Administrator to support our vineyard operations in the South Okanagan. The successful candidate will be a conversational Spanish speaker.
Based primarily from our Tinhorn Creek Winery office in Oliver, this role provides administrative support to our vineyard team and seasonal workforce. From entering payroll hours and maintaining employee records to assisting with Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) program administration, accounts payable and office organization, you’ll help keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.
This is a varied, hands‑on role that combines administration with employee support. You’ll regularly interact with seasonal vineyard employees across multiple vineyard sites, assist with worker arrivals, appointments and housing‑related administration, and help ensure records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Conversational Spanish is required, as you’ll communicate regularly with many of our seasonal employees. Previous experience with the Temporary Foreign Worker Program is considered an asset, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
