Who We Are Looking For

We seek analytical individuals prepared to dive into Google Ads accounts of small and medium businesses to optimize performance and deliver excellent results. The role involves providing client service, conducting research, and market analysis using your relationship-building skills. You will analyze decision-making processes, discover business needs, and understand how Google products can help grow their business, all while managing time effectively. You will develop strategies to help clients achieve advertising success.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct consultative B2B sales needs assessments for creating and managing Google Ads campaigns to establish KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies to gain insights and improve Google Ads accounts based on client needs.
  • Arrange meetings with marketing agencies via outbound calls and emails to gather information about their business and advertising goals.
  • Continuously upgrade your Google Ads knowledge through available resources.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize budget and achieve KPIs.
  • Prioritize accounts by revenue and verticals to focus on the largest contributors to KPI attainment.
  • Present and lead meetings with high-valued digital marketing agencies, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain high integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.

Annual base salary starts at CAD $51,000, with earning potential from 5-30% bonus based on performance and in-year increments.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales-driven environment.
  • Meticulous in setting daily responsibilities to meet outreach goals.
  • Outstanding outbound call skills.
  • Google Ads certification preferred but not required.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to assess client needs and apply consultative sales techniques.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Overcome objections by linking client needs to product solutions.
  • Storytelling skills to engage clients with marketing strategies and Google Ads offerings.

Schedule
