• Coach, train and mentor the team to drive growth.

• Ensure up-to-date product knowledge to meet customer needs confidently.
• Uphold shop floor standards, stock presentation and organization.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing duties.
• Lead visual merchandising to create a welcoming space for customers and staff.
• Prioritise Health & Safety for the wellbeing of all.
