Job summary

PenLink, a Canada-based technology company, seeks an Intelligence Analyst to support North America sales. You will demonstrate the platform, perform OSINT investigations, and generate OSNIT reports to aid customer enablement and satisfaction.

The role focuses on collaborating with law enforcement or intelligence customers, traveling as needed, and delivering value through detailed analytics and effective communication. Preference for Toronto-area applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
• Proven OSNIT/OSINT analyst experience in law enforcement or intelligence.
• Strong investigative and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present platform demonstrations to potential customers and partners.
• Conduct open-source investigations to develop use cases to be showcased.
• Produce detailed OSNIT reports for sales and customers.
• Monitor and report on open-source changes including new platforms and restrictions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand operational and technical requirements with the sales team.
• Assist with onboarding customers by providing support and best practices.
• Train and educate customers on the product.
• Master the product and suggest enhancements based on end-user needs.
• Participate in on-site demos and professional events.
• Other duties as assigned.
