Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled OSINT Collector - Spanish Linguistics SME to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Provide management-related products and respond to data calls.
  2. Develop OSINT Collection Requirements within government tasking, ensuring they conform to established standards, are published in the appropriate system of record, and contribute to Army OSINT collection doctrine, policies, processes, and procedures.
  3. Assist in managing the Army OSINT Enterprises' Collector Identifier Number Database and produce related collection management products and data calls.
  4. Provide timely, tailored, and shareable information environment intelligence.
  5. Support validation, tipping, and cueing of other intelligence functions, and monitor for indicators and warnings.
  6. Expand traditional reports by providing context, integrating pieces of information into the theater’s information environment.
  7. Apply Spanish linguistics expertise to support the OSINT Collection Team.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  1. Degree and experience requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 18+ years, Master’s degree with 16+ years, or PhD/JD with 15+ years of experience.
  2. Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  3. Ability to support contingency operations, operational planning, training exercises, and strategic engagement across various geographic areas, including analysis and research related to industry, infrastructure, technology, and vulnerabilities.
  4. Skill in monitoring and analyzing political, military, and economic developments within the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI).
  5. Knowledge to assess political-military developments, military capabilities, doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and military employment within each country, including the U.S.
  6. Research, authoring, and coordination skills for threat assessments, analytical procedures, intelligence product development, and policy support.
Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is mandatory for this position.
