Parsons is seeking a highly skilled OSINT Collector - Russian Linguistics SME to join our team. In this role, you will support intelligence operations with a focus on Russian language expertise.

Responsibilities

1. Develop OSINT collection requirements within government tasking, ensuring compliance with standards and proper documentation.
2. Manage the Army OSINT Enterprises' Collector Identifier Number Database and produce related products and data calls.
3. Provide timely and tailored information environment intelligence that is shareable across relevant stakeholders.
4. Support validation, tipping, cueing, and monitoring for indicators and warnings within intelligence functions.
5. Enhance traditional reports by providing context to the theater’s information environment.
6. Contribute Russian linguistics expertise to the OSINT Collection Team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 18+ years of experience, Master's degree with 16+ years, or PhD/JD with 15+ years.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience supporting contingency operations, strategic planning, and analyzing political, military, and economic developments in operational areas.
• Ability to research and produce threat assessments, develop analytical procedures, and support policy development.

Security Clearance

An active Top Secret SCI clearance is required.
