Job summary

LightForce Orthodontics is seeking an Area Sales Manager to promote our fully digital, 3D-printed orthodontic platform to orthodontic practice owners in Canada. You will transform traditional workflows with LightForce solutions, drive trials, and promote full integration across offices.

The role demands consultative selling, travel across the territory, and the ability to present clinical training both virtually and in person. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in B2B sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3+ years outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling medical/dental devices or orthodontics in B2B is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to promote LightForce solutions in orthodontic accounts.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Plan and execute an area territory plan based on customer potential.
• Manage geography of accounts to promote full LightForce integration.
• Utilize analytics to drive customer decision making.
• Foster relationships with orthodontic teams (Treatment Coordinators, Office Managers, Assistants).
• Deliver clinical training and presentations virtually and in person to customers and internal audiences.
• Collaborate with Integration Specialists and lead onboarding strategy for doctors and staff.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and a customer-centric mindset to grow the business.
• Stay active with orthodontic organizations to track trends affecting the business.
• Coordinate internal resources to optimize customer experience and LightForce promotion.
• Book travel within guidelines and manage expenses.
