Original Joe's in Calgary is seeking an Experienced Line Cook who loves creating delicious dishes and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare meals to specification, maintain clean stations, and contribute to consistent taste and presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but training is possible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to specification, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Assist in prepping ingredients and setting up stations, following recipes and kitchen guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Collaborate with your kitchen team, communicating effectively to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
• Monitor food stock and supplies, assisting with inventory management and minimizing waste.
• Work efficiently to meet kitchen demands, ensuring orders are prepared quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance as required.
