• Confidence in handling guest inquiries and seating challenges.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically, setting a welcoming tone.
• Manage reservations and waitlists to ensure timely seating.
• Answer phones, assist inquiries, and take reservations with information about the restaurant.
• Collaborate with serving staff to ensure smooth seating and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area.
• Engage with guests while they wait and communicate wait times.
• Assist in managing guest flow and table status with the team.
