Who we are

lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company for yoga, running, training, and other athletic pursuits. Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well. We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.

About The Team

lululemon’s organization design (OD) team, which is part of the broader enterprise transformation and organizational effectiveness function, is accountable for leading complex, large-scale organizational design changes within the organization, driven by our own methodology, governance and organizational data. We focus on developing trusted partnerships with business leaders and P&C business partners, paired with a deep understanding of lululemon’s operations, to ensure effective organization design across the business.

Our work makes a huge, scalable impact - both for the performance of our business and for our fellow employees’ lives. The most important factor in our ability to make that impact is finding talented, versatile, and motivated people like you who are eager to learn and grow and contribute to making real and lasting change for lululemon and its community.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Provide Organizational Design (OD) subject matter expertise (SME) on large transformation initiatives, working with senior stakeholders within the organization.
  2. Continue to evolve the company's OD methodology and governance process in alignment with our organizational design guidelines, and informed by external research and best practices.
  3. Interpret organizational health metrics and data to support OD initiatives and assess opportunities across the enterprise.
  4. Support P&C Business Partners & Advisors with organizational design tools, templates and processes to enable the design of universally scalable organizational structures; create and deliver training for the Business Partnering team as needed.
  5. Partner closely with teams within the Organizational Effectiveness and broader P&C function, including Enterprise Transformation, Workforce Planning, Change Management, People Analytics and Compensation.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or certificate in a related discipline.
  2. Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in Business Transformation, Change Management, Human Resources, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, and/or Org Design.
  3. Working experience focused on Organization Design.
  4. Strong presentation and communication (both written and verbal) skills are required.
  5. Strong project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are required.
  6. Experience working in a global organization or start-up environment is considered an asset.
  7. Experience working in consulting is considered an asset.
  8. Experience working in orgvue is considered an asset.
Must Haves
  • Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.
  • Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.
  • Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.
  • Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.
  • Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriously.
