THE ROLE

This position is for a Senior Consultant with the Organization Strategy solution in North America which advises clients on driving their business goals through organization and workforce redesign. We do this by working with clients in various areas including Organizational Analytics & Design, Work & Career Architecture, People Strategy & Performance, Culture & change, and Top Team Performance

At Korn Ferry, consultants work closely with senior team members to deliver customized solutions that help solve critical client issues. In addition, they support business development activities as well as thought leadership efforts.

Our solution area specializes in helping organizations reimagine how they are structured and how work gets done — from high-level operating models, to team and function-level redesign. Our work blends strategic thinking with practical solutions, rooted in both deep experience and leading market insights.

We bring clarity to complex challenges through capabilities in organizational structure, workforce review, and the facilitation of thoughtful, high-impact design conversations. Whether it’s shaping a new team, redefining a function, or transforming an entire enterprise, we partner closely with clients to co-create solutions that are actionable, data-informed, and aligned to business goals. In this client facing role, the expertise required is a blend of Organizational Strategy, Analytics, and Career Architecture. We are looking for people who can assess how an organization is structured today and help shape what it must look like in the future to achieve its business objectives.
