Base pay range

CA$80.00/hr - CA$80.00/hr

Our client is seeking a contract based Organizational Change Manager for their Salesforce implementation.

Location: Remote, with occasional Ottawa visit

Duration: 6 months + extension

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute OCM strategies and plans aligned with the implementation of Salesforce.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and readiness evaluations.
• Design and deliver change communications, training programs, and adoption materials.
• Support the development of change networks and champions across business units.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to integrate change activities into overall project plans.
• Monitor change effectiveness and provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management roles.
• Proven experience supporting change for Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and their business impact.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in enterprise environments with complex stakeholder ecosystems.
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a strong asset.
• Experience with Adobe AEM an asset
