(Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Compliance)* Engage and coordinate with the manufacturing teams to achieve efficient processes and beneficial outcomes* Establish a network of working relationships to further project engagement* Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with project and organizational objectives* Define change approach, milestones, success metrics, and governance structures* Integrate change management activities into overall project plans* Identify, analyze, and engage key stakeholders across the organization* Build strong relationships with executives, business leaders, and project teams* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on change-related matters* Conduct change impact analyses to assess effects on business processes, roles, systems, and organizational structure* Evaluate organizational readiness and identify potential risks or resistance points* Develop mitigation and risk management strategies* Design and deliver clear, consistent, and targeted communication plans* Ensure messaging effectively communicates the purpose, benefits, and impacts of change* Maintain ongoing engagement through multiple communication channels* Develop and coordinate training programs to support adoption of new processes and systems* Partner with learning teams or SMEs to create training materials and resources* Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees and managers* Coach senior leaders, managers, and project sponsors to effectively lead change initiatives* Enhance sponsor effectiveness and accountability* Support leaders in managing team transitions and addressing resistance* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for change adoption and effectiveness* Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed* Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership and project teams**Salary Range:** $100,000-$130,000 Annual**Vacancy Status:** New Vacancy. 18-Month Contract position.**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field* Master’s degree is considered an asset* 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, organizational development or project management* Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives (e.g., digital transformation, ERP implementations)* Prosci Change Management Certification* ADKAR or equivalent change management methodology certification* PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is an asset* Familiarity with recognized change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)* Experience with stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and training development tools* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools or similar workplace collaboration platforms ## **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:**At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
