Job summary

Sia Partners is seeking a dynamic Management Consultant – Organizational Change Management (OCM) to guide clients through business, technology, and AI-enabled transformation in Western Canada. The role requires a strong track record in leading change initiatives within complex organizations, with emphasis on communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.

The successful candidate will understand Generative AI impacts on people, processes, roles, and operating models, and will work

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in organizational change management, preferably within a consulting, utilities, IT, Oil & Gas, or HR environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale change initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SCRUM/AGILE certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand objectives, challenges, transformation goals, and organizational impacts.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, including impact assessments, readiness, communications, training, adoption, and sustainment activities.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels to drive alignment and buy-in.
• Lead change initiatives, monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust plans to achieve outcomes.
• Develop training materials and knowledge-transfer resources to enable adoption of new processes and tools.
• Establish metrics to measure change effectiveness and conduct post-implementation reviews; share lessons learned.
