Canada Packers Inc. is building the global standard for sustainable pork. Under the direction of the Order Processing Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing all order processing functions in a timely and efficient manner to ensure on-time departures and deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Transportation logistics experience is an asset.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Process billing for domestic, international, USA, and internal customers.
• Coordinate daily orders with Distribution, Traffic and 3rd Party Warehouses.
• Liaise with CFIA / USDA / Customer Service.
• Assignment and preparation of government documents.
• Completing and packaging Driver paperwork.
• Respond to customer requirements as needed.
• Maintain department metrics as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

About This Opportunity

Under the direction of the Order Processing Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing all order processing functions in a timely and efficient manner ensuring on-time departures and deliveries.

• Coordinate daily orders with the Distribution, Traffic and 3rd Party Warehouses.

Skills & Experience

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Transportation logistics experience is considered an asset.

• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office (primarily Excel).
• Strong problem solving, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Able to make independent decisions and work with minimal supervision.
