Job summary

Canada Packers in Brandon, MB seeks an Order Processing Administrator to support our order flow on a Tuesday to Saturday schedule. You will work under the Order Processing Supervisor to help ensure timely departures and deliveries.

Responsibilities include billing for domestic, international, USA and internal customers; coordinating daily orders with Distribution and 3rd party warehouses; and preparing government documents as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Transportation logistics experience is considered an asset.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office (primarily Excel).
• Strong problem solving, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Able to make independent decisions and work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and manage changing priorities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.

About This Opportunity:

Under the direction of the Order Processing Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing all order processing functions in a timely and efficient manner ensuring on-time departures and deliveries.
