Job summary

Canada Packers is seeking a Sr. Finance Analyst to deliver analytical insights for Finance and Sales, building dashboards and supporting AI-enabled initiatives. You will analyze financial data to provide clear recommendations for business partners and help optimize reporting processes.

You will maintain data integrity across reports by reconciling sources and ensuring consistent definitions, while collaborating across farm, production, and office teams in a hybrid work environment.

About This Opportunity:

Reporting to the Finance Lead, the Sr. Finance Analyst will provide analytical, reporting, and automation support to the Finance and Sales teams. This role will focus on building and maintaining dashboards, improving reporting processes, supporting AI-enabled initiatives, and analyzing sales and financial data to deliver clear, actionable insights for business partners.

Maintain data integrity across reports and dashboards by reconciling source data, validating system outputs, and ensuring consistent definitions and methodology.

• The expected annual compensation for this role is $81,000 - $104,000 per year, this includes base salary and eligibility for our annual incentive program. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
