Job summary

Groupe Touchette Inc. in Victoria, BC, is seeking an Order Picker to join our warehouse team. You will store and organize tires, load/unload trucks, and ensure accurate inventory via RF scanners.

A valid forklift certificate (Class 2) and prior forklift experience are required, along with the ability to lift 50–70 lbs and wear safety boots. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (40 hours) with possible paid overtime, at CAD 24.40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Must be able to load/unload freight and operate safely.

Location: Victoria Contract: Temporary, Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday -40 hours/week, 8am - 4:30pm, possible paid overtime Salary: $24.40/Hour About us: Groupe Touchette is Canada's largest tire distributor. Your role: As an Order Picker within our group, your responsibilities will include the storage and organisation of tires in the warehouse.

• Loading and unloading delivery trucks;

• Ensuring optimal storage of products in the warehouse using lifting equipment, while maintaining safety and order in storage areas;


• Scanning and recording products into inventory using a RF scanner.

What we are looking for:

• Owning a valid forklift operator competency card (class 2);


• Having previous experience as a forklift operator;


• Being able to handle daily loads between 50 and 70 lbs;


• Safety boots required;


• Reliability, collaboration and vigilance in matters of safety.
