Job summary

Groupe Touchette Inc. in Regina is seeking an Order Picker to support tire distribution operations. You will be responsible for the storage and organization of tires in the warehouse and will handle loading and unloading trucks.

The role offers a temporary contract with a 40-hour work week, typically Monday to Friday, at a pay rate of $20.90 per hour. Safety boots are required and forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator competency card (Class 2) required.
• Previous experience as forklift operator.
• Ability to handle daily loads between 50–70 lbs.
• Safety boots required.
• Reliability, collaboration and vigilance in matters of safety.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Supervising the receipt and inspection of incoming tires.
• Ensuring optimal storage of products in the warehouse using lifting equipment, while maintaining safety and order in storage areas.
• Scanning and recording products into inventory using a RF scanner.

Your role: As an Order Picker within our group, your responsibilities will include the storage and organisation of tires in the warehouse.

• Loading and unloading delivery trucks;

• Ensuringoptimal storage of products in the warehouse using lifting equipment, while maintaining safety and order in storage areas;
• Scanning and recording products into inventory usinga RFscanner.

What we are looking for:

• Owning a valid forklift operator competency card(class 2);
• Havingpreviousexperience as a forklift operator;
• Being able to handle daily loads between 50 and 70 lbs;
• Safety boots required;
• Reliability, collaboration and vigilance in matters of safety.
