Job summary

Groupe Touchette is looking for an Order Picker in Victoria to join our warehouse team. This temporary, full-time role offers a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with paid overtime possible and a pay rate of $24.40 per hour.

You will store and organize tires, load and unload trucks, inspect arrivals, ensure safe storage with lifting equipment, and use an RF scanner to record inventory. A valid forklift operator competency card (Class 2) and reliable teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator competency card (Class 2).
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs daily.
• Safety boots required.
• Reliable, collaborative and safety-focused.

Your role:
As an Order Picker within our group, your responsibilities will include the storage and organisation of tires in the warehouse.

• Loading and unloading delivery trucks;

• Supervising the receipt and inspection of incoming tires;

• Ensuring optimal storage of products in the warehouse using lifting equipment, while maintaining safety and order in storage areas;

• Scanning and recording products into inventory using a RF scanner.

What we are looking for:

• Owning a valid forklift operator competency card (class 2);

• Having previous experience as a forklift operator;

• Being able to handle daily loads between 50 and 70 lbs;

• Safety boots required;

• Reliability, collaboration and vigilance in matters of safety.
