Job summary

PartSource is seeking an Order Picker to help customers who can’t visit the store by picking online orders and preparing them for delivery. You’ll join a tightly-knit team that promotes growth from within and values reliability and positive energy.

We require High School education and an entry level background. You must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. The typical pay range is CAD 17.60–19.00 per hour, with benefits, incentives and product discounts available.

Job Description
As an Order Picker, you will help our customers that can’t come to our physical location by picking their online order and getting it ready to be delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering a great shopping experience
• Scanning, building, and labeling pallets
• Ensuring that loss prevention policies are followed

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Previous warehouse experience is an asset
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours/shift
• Capable of lifting and moving merchandise up to and including 50 pounds
• Positive work attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Full driver’s license is an asset
• Automotive aftermarket parts experience (Nice to have)

Our typical hiring range is between $17.60 and $19.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
