Job summary

PartSource is seeking a Dispatcher to facilitate store deliveries and maintain a high level of customer service. You will be the central hub for products, invoices, and emails, supporting drivers and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders.

Responsibilities include handling calls, processing orders, and coordinating with drivers. A High School education is required and an entry level experience status is noted for career growth within the automotive parts industry.

Job Description

As a Dispatcher, you will facilitate the store’s deliveries to provide a high level of customer service in a timely and safe manner. You will be the central hub for all things PartSource; products, invoices, and emails will pass through you!

Key Responsibilities

• Answer calls and take down customer orders
• Manage invoices and paperwork related to orders
• Work with Drivers ensuring orders are accurate and are delivered in a timely manner

Our typical hiring range is between $17.00 and $23.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
