Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking two dependable Forklift Operators / Warehouse Associates to join our Abbotsford, BC warehouse team. This full-time role features a Monday to Friday schedule in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, with a competitive hourly wage of $22.00 to $24.00 and opportunities to transition to permanent employment.

• GMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Counterbalance forklifts, Reach Trucks, and Electric Pallet Jacks.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Pick and prepare customer orders.
• Receive, inspect, and put away inventory.
• Complete shipping and receiving activities.
• Use RF scanners to process inventory transactions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through counts.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow GMP, safety, and company procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

What You'll Do

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 55 lbs
• Stand and walk throughout the entire shift
• Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment

Safety Requirements

• Steel toe boots
• Respirator or mask (provided)
• Medical clearance for respirator fit testing
• WHMIS certification
• Criminal background check
• Drug and alcohol testing

Safety Requirements

• Regular mask need to be worn in teh facility
• Require medicle note stating you are fit to work and free from communicable disease.
• WHMIS certification
