TTI Canada is seeking an Order Entry Clerk I in Georgina, ON to receive, enter and ship customer orders, while supporting production reporting and daily logs. This full-time permanent role emphasizes accuracy in order processing, troubleshooting with teams, and sustaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, shipping/receiving experience, strong math and computer skills, and excellent 10-key typing.

Qualificações

• High School or GED diploma required.
• Experience in shipping and receiving required (prefer experience in manufacturing).
• Basic math skill and computer skills required.
• Excellent 10 key and typing skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, enter and process customer orders
• Process scrap orders
• Disposition and distribution of non-warrantable and customer approved orders
• Daily log updates
• Production reporting
• Assist with training as needed
• Identify, assist, and troubleshoot with technicians, management and customers with order investigations as needed
• Sort and distribute incoming product
• Ship confirmation of orders
• Assist with non-warrantable as needed
• Practice 6S and safety
• Take appropriate action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction
• React to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned

Order Entry Clerk I is responsible for receiving, entering, and shipping customer orders.
