Job summary

TTI Canada is seeking an Order Entry Clerk I to receive, enter and ship customer orders at our Georgina, ON site. The role includes processing scrap and non-warrantable orders, maintaining daily logs and assisting with training as needed.

You will work with technicians and management to resolve order investigations, perform 6S and safety practices, and ensure timely order shipping and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma is required.
• Experience in shipping and receiving is required (manufacturing preferred).
• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Excellent 10-key and typing skills are required.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, enter and process customer orders.
• Process scrap orders and non-warrantable orders as needed.
• Distribute and disposition orders and update daily logs.
• Prepare production reporting and assist with training.
• Troubleshoot with technicians, management and customers on orders.
• Sort and distribute incoming product and confirm shipment.

Order Entry Clerk

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Order Entry Clerk I is responsible for receiving, entering, and shipping customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive, enter and process customer orders
• Process scrap orders
• Disposition and distribution of non-warrantable and customer approved orders
• Daily log updates
• Production reporting
• Assist with training as needed
• Identify, assist, and troubleshoot with technicians, management and customers with order investigations as needed
• Sort and distribute incoming product
• Ship confirmation of orders
• Assist with non-warrantable as needed
• Practice 6S and safety
• Take appropriate action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction
• React to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned
