Job summary

Mr Apple is seeking a motivated Orchard Manager for our Clive Orchard in Ontario. You will lead all orchard operations, deliver results, and build a safe, empowered team through hands-on leadership and a focus on continuous improvement.

Your role drives profitability and efficiency by applying best husbandry practices, smart staffing, budgeting, and Pest/disease control. You’ll oversee training, HR alignment, and timely communication to maintain product quality and sustainable operations.

• Proven managerial experience in large-scale horticulture and orchard operations.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Knowledge of orchard technologies and systems.
• Familiarity with machine operation and maintenance.
• Experience with pest control, disease management, and chemical use.
• Basic accounting and financial operations knowledge.
