Job summary

Craigmore Sustainables is seeking a Business Systems and Change Manager to own how systems, processes and technology support our growing Horticulture business. You’ll work with operational leaders, technology teams and people across our orchards and vines to identify opportunities, lead change and deliver solutions that make work easier, more efficient and more effective.

You’ll drive implementation of new systems, ensure adoption, and help our teams get the most from the tools they use daily,

Qualifications

• Experience leading system changes in a horticulture/agriculture environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across levels.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.

Turn ideas into practical improvements that make a real difference. As the Business Systems and Change Manager, you’ll take ownership of how systems, processes and technology support Craigmore’s growing Horticulture business.

You’ll work alongside operational leaders, technology teams and people across our orchards and vineyards to identify opportunities, lead change and deliver solutions that make work easier, more efficient and more effective.
This is a role where you can see the impact of your work - from introducing new technology and improving processes, through to helping our people embrace change and get the most from the systems they use every day.
