Job summary

Accenture's Oracle practice in Canada is hiring an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant to support and implement payroll solutions for clients across Canada. The role requires deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules and strong client-facing communication.

You will gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, configure the system, test and deploy, and develop documentation while collaborating with offshore teams. The position is hybrid with some office days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years real-time hands-on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules.
• Configure application functionality and assist with testing to ensure quality delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’sdegreeor completion of a College program in a related discipline.
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.
• Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports
• This is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of 3 days per week at your local office.

The Work

Responsibilities:

• As an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant, your daily tasks will include:

Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company’s activities to avoid this requirement.

• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus
