Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Technology Lead to implement and support Core HR, Benefits and Payroll modules for CANADA public sector clients. You will guide projects through the SDLC, translate complex solutions for diverse audiences, and lead client engagements across Canada payroll processes and Oracle Global Payroll/Benefits Cloud.

You will focus on implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with emphasis on Benefits Management and Payroll for CANADA public sector,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Canada or willing to relocate.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and ongoing support for CANADA public sector (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits).
• Guide projects through the SDLC and translate complex solutions for diverse audiences.
• Discuss integrations, data migrations and reporting across relevant modules with client teams.
