Job summary

Infosys seeks an Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits Techno-Functional Lead to implement and support Benefits & Core HR modules for Canadian public sector clients. You will guide projects through the SDLC and translate complex solutions for diverse audiences, focusing on Benefits in the CANADA public sector.

You’ll lead client engagements, discuss integrations and data migrations, and ensure top system performance. This role requires travel and relocation to Mississauga area with Toronto milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; progressional experience may substitute.
• 7+ years IT experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementation preferred.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship considered.
• Relocation to Mississauga area and travel to Toronto may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits for Canadian clients.
• Coordinate system integration testing, UAT, and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation.
• Discuss integrations, data migrations, and reporting across modules.
• Translate complex solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Guide SDLC activities including CRPs and training material development.
