The candidate will lead client engagements, discuss integrations, data migrations, and reporting across relevant modules, translating complex solutions for diverse audiences and guiding SDLC-driven delivery to ensure top system performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience
• 7+ years Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll experience for Canadian clients
• Experience leading HCM payroll implementations and integrations
• Ability to communicate complex solutions to diverse audiences
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
• Willing to relocate to Mississauga, Ontario area
• Travel in Canada may be required

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements for Fusion HCM Payroll implementations and support
• Discuss integrations, data migrations, and reporting across modules
• Guide projects through the SDLC ensuring smooth delivery and performance
• Coordinate testing activities including UAT and payroll parallel reconciliation
• Provide clear, actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
