Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing PCMCS/EPCMCS.
• At least 2 full lifecycle EPCMCS implementations with project ownership.
• Hands-on experience configuring allocation rules and profitability models.
• Strong cost accounting and management accounting concepts.
• Experience integrating EPCMCS with Oracle EPM Cloud apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap assessments, and solution design for EPCM implementations.
• Design end-to-end profitability and cost allocation models using EPCMCS.
• Configure allocation rules, drivers, and model frameworks.
• Manage POV structures, metadata, and application configurations.
• Develop and execute testing strategies including SIT and UAT.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to define cost pools and drivers.
• Integrate EPCMCS with Planning, Consolidation, and Narrative Reporting.
• Analyze calculation issues and performance concerns; troubleshoot as needed.
• Create documentation and provide end-user training and knowledge transfer.
