Job summary

LTIMindtree Canada seeks an experienced Oracle EBS Domain Lead for SCM and CRM to design, implement, optimize and support Oracle EBS solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and partners to drive process transformation and modernization across SCM and CRM.

This role requires deep technofunctional expertise, hands-on experience with integrations and data migration, and leadership across large-scale implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering, Business or related field.
• 15 years of Oracle EBS experience with SCM and CRM.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle EBS implementations and transformations.
• Strong expertise across SCM modules including OM, PO, Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning and Logistics.
• Strong expertise across Oracle CRM applications and customer service processes.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and customer service operations.
• Experience with system integrations, application architecture and enterprise solution design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the domain lead for Oracle EBS SCM and CRM applications.
• Lead initiatives involving Inventory Management, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory Operations.
• Lead initiatives involving Oracle EBS CRM: Incentive Compensation, Service Contracts, Installed Base.
• Provide oversight for Customizations and extensions, Interfaces and integrations, Data migration activities.
• Oversee reporting and analytics solutions and performance optimization initiatives.
• Review and guide development using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow, APIs and Open Interfaces.
• Define integration architecture between Oracle EBS and ERP, CRM platforms and procurement solutions.
