Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. in Montreal, Canada, seeks a Director to lead enterprise-scale Oracle EPM Planning implementations and client delivery across complex engagements. You will oversee cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and build trusted advisor relationships with executive clients.

The role requires 8–10 years in consulting, strong leadership, and bilingual English/French capabilities, with travel up to 50% and eligibility to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in a consulting/advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations, specifically full lifecycle with cloud-based Oracle EPM Planning (Planning and/or ePBCS)
• Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management
• Drive delivery and assist with pursuits
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
• Ability to establish credibility with senior-level, financially literate client executives on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalism
• Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications
• Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration
• Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in project-management and technical dimensions
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or internal teams
• Bilingual French and English
• Canadian work authorization is required
