Role: Oracle Consulting Director

As an Oracle Consulting Director at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across multiple Oracle application pillars, with industry-specific business experience. Join our rapidly growing Oracle practice to make a meaningful difference for our clients.

Meaningful work you'll be part of

As an Oracle Engagement and Sales Director focused on the Government, Healthcare, and Public Sector, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include:

  1. Working with account teams to uncover target accounts' business issues.
  2. Developing new ideas and service opportunities relevant to target issues.
  3. Identifying, developing, and winning significant bids to meet sales targets.
  4. Managing the implementation lifecycle for Oracle ERP programs in the Government and Public Sector—from bid management through to discovery, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  5. Serving as the key client interface between functional, technical teams, and the client.
  6. Offering experience within HCM, Finance, or Supply Chain solutions to provide functional insight and thought leadership.
  7. Providing project management leadership and guidance to clients and colleagues.
  8. Managing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, customer satisfaction, and oversight.
  9. Leading and supporting blended teams of colleagues, clients, and partners to share knowledge and develop an integrated delivery approach.
  10. Providing coaching to Engagement Managers on project delivery when required.
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
  • At least 10+ years of full lifecycle HR, Financials, or Supply ERP experience leading Oracle Cloud implementations for complex organizations.
  • Consulting experience, either as an internal consultant or with a consulting or software company.
  • Proven business development skills.
  • Deep business expertise in Canadian Healthcare or Government/Public Sector, with direct delivery responsibility for Oracle Cloud engagements in these sectors.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills.
  • High tact, diplomacy, confidence, resilience, and patience.
  • Professionalism and presence in complex client situations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, develop relationships, facilitate discussions, and make presentations.
  • Strong business writing skills, including experience in business cases, requirements, tenders, contracts, and change requests.
  • Proven success in identifying and acting on new business opportunities.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales efforts, including estimating solutions.
  • Strong commercial judgment and experience in managing contracts and project terms.
  • Experience leading diverse and remote teams.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is an asset.
