Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) seeks an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Technical Specialist (FTS) to support, maintain, and upgrade Oracle EBS R12.2 environments. You will handle requirements analysis, design documents, testing, and end-to-end deployments across Financials, HRMS, Payroll, and OTL modules.

Strong tech/functional expertise in SQL/PLSQL, BI Publisher, WebADI, Forms & Reports, and integration via REST APIs is essential; NGO/Development sector experience is preferred;

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
• Oracle certifications preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience.
• NGO/Development sector organizations experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS R12/R12.2.x environments.
• End to end testing of modules during upgrades.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional/technical design documents.
• Develop and support BI Publisher reports and Oracle Reports.
• Integrate Oracle EBS with third-party applications via APIs and Open Interfaces.
• Coordinate change/release management and application migrations.
