Job summary

Genpact in Calgary seeks a Senior Oracle ARCS Developer to configure and support ARCS modules, integrate ERP data, and support monthly close cycles. You will translate business requirements into system configurations and develop dashboards and reports to enable accurate financial reconciliation.

The role requires strong Oracle EPM/Finance Transformation experience, excellent communication skills, and hands-on expertise with EPM Data Integration, EPM Automate, REST APIs, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Strong professional experience in Oracle EPM/Finance Transformation roles.
• Effective oral and written communications skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of general accounting and ability to verify accuracy and completeness of information.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle ARCS modules including: Transaction Matching.
• Translate functional requirements into system configuration and technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain formats, matching rules, workflows, reports and dashboards; build and support ERP integrations.
• Perform data mapping, validation and load support for reconciliations and transaction matching processes.
• Execute unit testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing; troubleshoot issues and implement fixes.
• Support monthly close cycles by resolving ARCS issues in a timely manner; document configurations and procedures.
• Collaborate with architects, functional leads and business users on enhancements and automation opportunities.

Role and responsibilities include and are not limited to:

Configure and support Oracle ARCS modules including:

• Transaction Matching
• Translate functional requirements into system configuration and technical solutions.

Develop and maintain:
