Job summary

Genpact Montreal is seeking a Sr. Tech Lead - Application Development to lead delivery of enterprise-scale Workday and ERP integration projects. You will partner with clients to define strategy, drive end-to-end delivery, and align tech solutions with business goals.

The role requires hands-on integration experience (EIB, Workday APIs, Core Connectors), strong project management, and deep knowledge of Workday modules, security, and financial processes. Hybrid Canada-based position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Workday integrations and ERP projects.
• Strong knowledge of Workday modules, security, and financial processes.
• Certifications: BUILD-IT/JAVA Genpact and Oracle Certified Professional.

Responsibilities
